In the evening:
"But it's been fifteen days, Ayesha. Don't you get bored in that dark house?" Anushka asked over the phone.
"Yes, I want to come, but I just can't muster the courage," Anushka replied timidly.
"You know how hard you worked to get this job. You can't stay away just because of what people might say," Anushka's voice turned stern.
"But..." Ayesha started to respond, only for Anushka to cut in abruptly, "I don't want to hear any excuses. You need to come out of that guilt and talk to Vinamra. I can't bear seeing you like this in his house, doing nothing."
Ayesha's resolve began to strengthen with Anushka's words, boosting her confidence to face people and discuss things with Vinamra.
"Yes, I will ask him if it's safe for me to come out," Ayesha finally decided before ending the call.
Lost in thought again, she wandered through Vinamra's house. Not a single photograph of his family adorned the wallsβit was as if he was an incomplete man without them. Despite the luxurious furnishings and vibrant interiors, the dim lighting obscured their true beauty.
Approaching his room, she noticed a guitar resting on the sofa. Without hesitation, she picked it up and began to play, transported back to her college days. Tears welled in her eyes as she sang:
Soona soona, lamha lamha
Meri rahein, tanha tanha
Aakar mujhe, tum thaam lo
Manzil teri, dekhe rasta
Mud ke zaraa, ab dekh lo
Aisa milan, phir ho na ho
Sab kuchh mera, tum hi to ho~
Bapanah pyaar hai aajaa
Tera intezaar hai aaja
Ho bapanah pyaar hai aaja
tera intezaar hai aaja
Soona soona, lamha lamha
Meri rahein, tanha tanhaa
Unbeknownst to her, Vinamra returned home to the sound of her beautiful voice echoing through his house. The melody stirred a whirlwind of emotions within him; he recognized instantly that it was Ayesha singing.
aaa,aaa,aaa,aaa
Bichhde bhi ham jo kabhi raston main
To sang sang rahungi sada
Qadmon ki aawaaz sun ke chalungi
Tumhe dhoond loongi sada
Bhooli mohabbat ki yeh khushbuye hain
Hawaon main phaili hui
Chhu kar mujhe aaj mahsoos kar lo
vo yadein meri unchhui
Aisa milan, phir ho na ho
Sab kuch mera, tum hi to ho~
Bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
O bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
Soona soona, lamha lamha
Meri rahein, tanha tanhaa
As he quietly approached the corridor to find the source of the music, he was captivated by her soulful performance, feeling as though his lost heart had found its way back to loving her unconditionally.
aaa,aaa,aaa,aaa
Yaadon ke dhagon main
hum tum bandhe hain
Zara dor tum tham lo
Bahon main phir se pighal jane do mujhko
Phir se mera naam lo
(music)
Main vo shama hoon jo roshan tumhe karke
khud to pighal jaungi
Subah ka sooraj tumhare liye hai
Main hoon raat dhal jaungi
Aisa milan, phir ho na ho
Sab kuch mera, tum hi to ho
As he reaches his room he found that how could someone look so beautiful by just playing guitar and singing music it makes him look at her with lots of emotions in his eyes
And he stand there with support of door and just staring her.
Bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
O bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
Soona soona, lamha lamha
Meri rahein, tanha tanha
Mud ke zaraa, ab dekh lo
Aisa milan, phir ho na ho
Sab kuch mera, tum hi to ho
Bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
O bapanah pyaar hai aaja
Tera intezaar hai aaja
Soona soona, lamha lamha
Meri rahein, tanha tanha..
The lyrics resonated deeply with him. Eventually, he reached his room and beheld Ayesha, who looked more beautiful than ever while playing the guitar and singing. His eyes brimmed with emotion as he stood there, leaning against the doorframe.
When she finished, she noticed Vinamra standing there, gazing at her with a mixture of emotions, a small smile of relief playing on his lips.
His presence softened her heart, and for a moment, she lost herself in his eyes. Suddenly realizing she was in his room, she hastily got up from the floor and attempted to leave, but he gently caught her hand.
"It's beyond anything I could have imagined," he confessed softly.
Confused by his words, she shot him a puzzled look and hurriedly retreated to her room, closing the door behind her. A small smile of relief spread across her face as she lay down on her bed, her mind finally at ease as she drifted off to sleep.
Meanwhile, in his own room, Vinamra lay contentedly, a faint, affectionate smile lingering on his face as he reminisced about the past.
